What does Sume's Enterprise tier include?

The pricing page shows Enterprise as Custom, with Talk to us instead of a price. It has no public list price, so this post doesn't quote one.

Can we pay by invoice or purchase order?

A purchase order is your company's own approval document for a purchase. Vendors that accept one bill against it by invoice instead of charging a card at checkout. Sume's Enterprise card lists invoice / PO billing, and its pricing FAQ says larger organizations that need custom terms or invoice billing should choose Enterprise.

The Terms add that Enterprise services may be governed by an Order Form or other written agreement signed by you and Sume. That agreement may set alternative payment methods, billing schedules, commitments, credit treatment, currency handling, renewals or expiration terms.

How is enterprise pricing set?

By negotiation. In current code, Enterprise is one product with a per-company negotiated monthly amount rather than a catalog price. The included allowance credited to the team wallet each paid month defaults to that monthly amount, and Enterprise checkout collects a tax ID. Self-serve usage is billed at each model's published USD rate; the pricing FAQ says larger organizations can contact Sume for custom volume terms. How Sume pricing works covers the self-serve side.

Does a signed contract override the standard terms?

For its commercial terms, yes. Sume's Terms say that if an Order Form's commercial terms conflict with the standard Terms, the signed agreement controls for those services.

What should an enterprise buyer ask about before signing?

Some items procurement teams expect are not on Sume's public pages, so ask for them in writing:

• Availability. The standard Terms provide the Services "as is" and "as available" and don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. See API uptime SLA.
• Sign-in. The Privacy Policy says Sume currently offers Google and GitHub sign-in; ask about single sign-on if your company requires it.
• Data location. The Privacy Policy says Sume may process and store information in the United States and other countries where Sume or its providers operate.
