Can I use AI video commercially on a business plan?

Check the plan, not the model: on Sume, the Terms say paid plans include commercial use as described on the pricing page. For a business the extra question is who signs up: buy on the company's team workspace, not a personal account, so the workspace's content and its bill belong to the company's account rather than one employee's.

Sume's Privacy Policy says threads, Formats, brands, assets, API keys, jobs, usage records and billing activity in an organization are visible to other members according to their role. It also says an administrator may retain or remove a workspace's content after a member leaves.

Who pays, and does the invoice show the company?

A business wants one wallet and receipts it can file. Sume's pricing FAQ says teams can fund a shared wallet with on-demand purchases from $10 to $1000. In current code:

• Only organization admins can add funds to the team wallet.
• The team's Stripe customer is created with the team's name, so receipts are tied to the company rather than to whichever admin paid.
• Each top-up checkout has invoice creation turned on.

How do I stop a team from overspending?

Put the limit in the tool, not in a policy document. Sume has these controls:

• Spend approval, per the Terms: approve every generation before it runs, approve automatically up to a dollar threshold you set, or let runs proceed without approval. The mode you pick is your authorization for the resulting spend, including scheduled runs. In current code the Agents default is to run without approval, so change it before a team starts.
• A per-run cap on a Format call: generation_spend_cap_usd, up to the platform maximum of $500 (see Call a Format).

Can we automate video with an API?
