Runway's pricing page, read 2026-10-01, lists wan3 at 5 credits per second at 480p, 10 at 720p and 20 at 1080p, plus a wan3_prime tier at 6.8, 14 and 28. Credits are $0.01 each. Sume's wan-3.0 has a list rate of $0.05, $0.10 and $0.20 per second at the same three resolutions, and Sume bills list x 1.25.

So on these two price sheets Runway's wan3 is cheaper per second than Sume's wan-3.0. What Sume adds is a 2 to 30 second range, up to 10 reference images, 5 reference videos and 5 reference audios, and one billing wallet across every video model.

Per Sume's catalog: 2 to 30 seconds, 480p/720p/1080p, text-to-video, image-to-video with an end frame, and reference-to-video. Reference caps are 10 images, 5 videos (15 seconds combined, at least 16 fps) and 5 audios (15 seconds combined). bitrate_mode is not accepted. See the video docs.
