HeyGen Business: $149 plus $20 per extra seat; Sume's team workspace
HeyGen Business is $149 a month with extra seats at $20 each. Sume's Startup plan lists a shared team workspace and one wallet, with no per-seat price listed.

HeyGen's Business plan is $149 per month, and additional seats are $20 per seat per month. Sume's pricing page lists "Shared team workspace" on the Startup plan, and the pricing copy and plan catalog I read have no per-seat price: a team shares one workspace, one wallet and one concurrency limit.
HeyGen figures are from its pricing page; Sume's from the pricing page source, its FAQ and Generation admission, read 2026-10-01.
What does HeyGen charge for seats?
The Business card reads "$149 / mo" with "Additional Seats are $20/seat", and the FAQ repeats that Business costs $149/month plus $20/seat/month. The card also lists 1,500 credits, 5 custom video avatars, SAML/SSO, centralized billing, and "2x more concurrency than Pro".
How does Sume treat a team?
Sume's Startup plan feature list includes "Shared team workspace" and a concurrent-jobs line. The pricing FAQ says teams can fund a shared wallet with on-demand purchases, and that credits sit in one balance that video generation, Sume Agent, Formats, and the API all draw from at each model's published rate.
| Question | HeyGen Business | Sume |
|---|---|---|
| Base price | $149 per month | Plan price on the Sume pricing page |
| Extra people | $20 per seat per month | No per-seat price listed |
| Shared spend | Centralized billing | One shared wallet |
| Parallel jobs | 2x Pro concurrency | 8 on Startup (plan-only) |
Does adding teammates raise my Sume concurrency?
The docs point the other way. The admission docs state generation concurrency is plan-only: Free is 1, Pro 4, Startup 8, Scale 20, and prepaid top-ups do not raise it. A bigger team on the same plan shares the same slots.
How do I compare the two for my team?
Count the people who need to log in and the jobs you run at once. On HeyGen, multiply extra seats by $20. On Sume, check the plan's concurrency and rate-card prices instead, since spend follows usage. See which wallet a team API key charges for how a run is attributed.
