Sume does not pass that promotion through: its code rate is the standard list, and the Video Router bills list × 1.25, so a 768p second is $0.100.

The pricing code stores the list rate per second in USD micros: 50,000 at 480p, 80,000 at 768p and 160,000 at 1080p. A code comment notes the table excludes the temporary launch promotion. The docs say Sume bills list × 1.25 on every model, so the rate is the same before and after September 30.
What does a 5 s or 15 s clip cost on Sume?
minimax-h3-max accepts 5 to 15 seconds at 480p, 768p and 1080p. Totals are seconds × list × 1.25, reserved on submit; the default agent fee, if charged, is separate.
